What you are using

This is a quotation and referral service operated by Blocked Burst Leaking. Its whole function is to get your job in front of a local plumber who can quote it.

The work is not ours. We arrange the introduction; a separate business does the job.

What happens after you send the form

The enquiry goes to the plumber who covers your area. They ring you to talk about the job and, if you want one, to quote it.

Any figure they give you is theirs. We do not set it, we do not check it and we cannot hold them to it.

Nothing on this site is an offer to do work and nothing on it is a quote.

Who you are dealing with

Going ahead means a contract with the plumber, not with us. Responsibility for the work and for anything that goes wrong with it sits with them.

Check them out first. Ask what work they are entitled to take on, get their terms, and have the job scoped in writing before anyone starts.

About this website

There is no guarantee this site is available at any given moment.

Nothing on it is written about your job in particular. It describes the work in general terms, and the specifics come from the plumber once they have seen it.

What we ask of you

Give details that are correct and that are yours to give. If you are enquiring for somebody else, make sure they know.

Do not use the form to send anything abusive, and do not use it to sell to us.

Your rights under Australian law

These terms do not, and cannot, remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any guarantee that law says cannot be excluded still stands, regardless of anything on this page.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, and its courts deal with anything that arises from them.
